One of the things that the kind of uniformity in doctrine, worship, and form of government that the special interest group describable as the High Church party is seeking to impose on the Anglican Church in North America would rob that denomination's church plants of the quality of a flexible ministry model. Flexibility, however, experience has taught me is critical to the success of a church plant. What works in one community may not work in another.
