Stephen Witmer is a co-founder of Small Town Summits, an organization serving rural churches and pastors. He is the pastor of Pepperell Christian Fellowship in Pepperell, Massachusetts, and also serves as an adjunct professor at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
