All Hallows Evening Prayer is a service of worship in the evening for all pilgrims on the journey to the heavenly city.
A well-illustrated, well-written Bible story read at bedtime and the time that we take to read it to a child is an invaluable gift to that child. Those times together can not only tell the child about God’s love for us, but they can also convey God’s love to them through us, precious moments for them to remember later in life, cherished memories in which they may encounter the living God.
The Scripture reading for this Sunday evening is Isaiah 12:1-6 Praise and Thanksgiving.
The homily is titled, “God Is Our Salvation.”
